The software has been designed to reflect the paperwork teachers normally use. Within the program each window has been designed to look like a ‘page’ and these pages are placed within Organisers. The teacher has three organisers; a Planning Organiser, an Assessment Organiser and a Report Organiser.

Within the planning organiser you are able to create and write plans on a planning page, evaluate them and assess pupils against the outcomes. There is also a lesson note page for each child to be able to note pupil responses within lessons.

Within the Assessment Organiser pupil attainment statements are stored and can be read. It is here that more general notes about a pupil can be entered on the pupil note page.

Within the Report Organiser you are able to enter absence and late information on the absence page. On a pupil report page, you can access all stored information which enables you to easily create and print your report.
