Notes on individual pupils are able to be recorded on two different pages; The Lesson Notes page and the Pupil Notes Page

Lesson Notes reflect the pupil response to lessons and they can be written when recording outcomes. The teacher can use this page to record comments on the pupil?s learning and to make either positive or negative behaviour observations .

Pupil Notes enable general notes to be recorded at any time, and can refer to other important information relating to the child?s education, but is not directly linked with specific lessons. For example it can be used for recording playground incidents, medical information, friendship notes, family background and so on.
